About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for global clients. This fully remote position works with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, guaranteeing on‑time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining transparent communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best practices for project delivery.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
