Bilingual GoHighLevel Project Manager - Onsite

About the role

We are seeking an experienced bilingual Project Manager to take full ownership of our GoHighLevel CRM environment. You will act as the single source of truth for all CRM infrastructure, ensuring seamless sales operations and transparent, optimized workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system integrity, contacts, pipelines, and workflow triggers across the entire GoHighLevel ecosystem.
• Map and document every active automation, identifying triggers, actions, business purposes, and failure modes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM‑related queries and delegate tasks to supporting team members.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to resolve escalations and streamline sales operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or CRM Manager.
• Minimum two years managing GoHighLevel.
• High degree of structure, meticulous attention to detail, strong follow‑through, and absolute confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Full‑time availability onsite in Chacao and ability to start immediately.
