Team Lead – Gym Operations

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Team Lead to support the Club Manager in overseeing daily gym operations and delivering an exceptional member experience. This full‑time, on‑site role combines front‑desk duties, staff development, and operational oversight in a fast‑paced fitness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training, coaching, and developing front‑desk and gym staff.
• Handle member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, and account updates while providing friendly phone support.
• Conduct gym tours for prospective members and address service inquiries.
• Support the Club Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain club cleanliness, and uphold a positive brand image.
• Promote and train staff on current marketing promotions and member initiatives.

Required profile

• Honest, strong work ethic with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Willingness to stand and walk for the majority of the shift and engage with members in person or by phone.
