Fitness Trainer – Group Classes (PE@PF)

About the role

Planet Fitness is looking for an energetic Fitness Trainer to lead the PE@PF group fitness program. You will help members achieve their goals by designing simple workouts and teaching proper equipment use while maintaining a welcoming, judgement‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and schedule the PE@PF classes, creating bi‑weekly exercise updates.
• Consult members on fitness goals, demonstrate safe equipment usage, and promote class sign‑ups.
• Assist front‑desk duties such as answering phones, checking members in, handling new member sign‑ups, and giving tours.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance, and address member questions or concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Honesty, strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer‑service skills.
• Passion for fitness and health, with the ability to empathize and solve problems.
• Completed fitness trainer certification.
