About the role
PWC is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Corporate Tax Services team in Caracas. The role offers the opportunity to support clients with their tax obligations, advise on local and international tax matters, and contribute to strategic business analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist project teams in delivering tax-related deliverables for clients.
- Prepare and review tax compliance documentation.
- Support the development of tax strategies that enhance post‑tax profitability.
- Stay updated on local and national economic trends and tax regulations.
- Help build internal relationships and promote the PWC brand.
Required profile
- Associate‑level experience or recent graduate ready to work in a consulting environment.
- Proactive attitude with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in tax compliance, tax strategy and corporate finance.
