Talent Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Intelligence Analyst to turn Talent Acquisition data into actionable insights. Working remotely, you will bridge data and decision‑making, ensuring a single source of truth for all talent metrics across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze trends, detect anomalies and provide insights to leadership.
• Define, refine and document KPIs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to spot performance drops and data inconsistencies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues across ERP, ATS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to create and maintain accurate dashboards.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong SQL and database management experience with large datasets.
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience focused on insights and decision support.
• Proven experience in process optimization and KPI definition.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
