About the role

We are seeking 3‑5 senior Project Managers to design and execute data‑driven social media strategies for leading US financial services brands. This 3‑month strategic fellowship is fully remote and serves as a fast‑track to a permanent executive position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑platform social media strategies (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) tailored to diverse consumer segments.
• Build predictive distribution models using AI analytics and machine learning to maximize organic reach, engagement velocity, and conversion efficiency.
• Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept through execution, monitoring, and post‑project analysis, using agile methodologies.
• Create executive‑level performance dashboards that translate attribution data into ROI, CAC, LTV, and share‑of‑voice metrics.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments to continuously refine creative assets, targeting parameters, and consumer journeys.
• Monitor emerging platforms and algorithmic shifts to maintain first‑mover advantage in the financial sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading high‑impact digital projects in regulated industries, preferably financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with executive leadership and LATAM talent pools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
