About the role
As a Staffing Solution Architect you will define client staffing needs and ensure the right talent is sourced for technology projects. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers and collaborate closely with clients and internal sales.
Key responsibilities
- Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
- Screen and interview candidates to match engineering profiles across web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
- Participate in client meetings to understand and refine staffing requirements.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market for resource delivery.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
- Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
- Advanced level of English.
