Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect at BairesDev, you will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation projects. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and our talent pool, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessments and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand the ideal engineering profile.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and emerging technologies across multiple tech stacks.
• Train candidates on a variety of technologies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
