Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice and chat support in both Spanish and English, handling inbound inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
