Spanish Content Editing Expert – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Spanish Content Editing Expert to support the training of next‑generation AI models. Working remotely, you will ensure that Spanish language data meets the highest quality standards, helping the system learn accurate grammar, tone, and cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify errors, and provide feedback through Discord and other communication channels.
• Update trainers and quality analysts on new guidelines, workflow changes, and quality expectations.
• Answer questions about Spanish wording, grammar, register, and cultural context promptly.
• Activate and monitor remote contributors, encouraging participation and tracking availability.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, honeypots, and onboarding materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English for following guidelines and communicating with the team.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, or AI‑training workflows.
• Familiarity with both Latin American and European Spanish variants and the ability to specify supported variants.
