Spanish Bilingual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Spanish Bilingual Project Manager to oversee the post‑sale process for residential installations. You will act as the main liaison between homeowners, Spanish‑speaking installation crews, and third‑party vendors, ensuring projects move smoothly from order placement to final completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire post‑sale workflow, tracking timelines, logistics and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates, scheduling visits and handling inquiries.
• Coordinate directly with Spanish‑speaking installation crews and third‑party vendors such as dumpster companies, plumbers and other trades.
• Place and track material and product orders to avoid job delays.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM (Sales Voice), logging activities and updating the sales pipeline.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including invoice entry and payment tracking.
• Provide general administrative support to optimize daily operations.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks for basic invoicing and payment tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Sales Voice or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
