Spanish Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Medical Virtual Assistant who can work remotely to support physicians with accurate medical record preparation and compliance. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and requires a reliable home office setup.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation and charts for physicians.
• Ensure compliance with medical record standards through self‑documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exam notes, and other health information.
• Send completed documentation to physicians for review and approval, following facility‑specific procedures.
• Monitor turnaround times for basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission requirements.
• Perform additional clerical tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability (8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 35 Mbps) and a quiet home workspace.
• English proficiency (required) and ability to work remotely.
