Medical Virtual Assistant – Spanish Bilingual

About the role

Neolytix is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Virtual Assistant to support physicians by preparing and managing medical records remotely. This full‑time remote position offers a structured 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation and charts for physicians.
• Update patient histories, physical exams, and other health information.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies.
• Send documentation to physicians for review and approval, following detailed data‑entry procedures.
• Monitor turnaround times for basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Perform additional clerical tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Reliable home office setup with a laptop/desktop (i5 processor, 8 GB RAM), 35 Mbps internet, noise‑cancelling headset/webcam.
• Ability to work 8 am–5 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Familiarity with medical record compliance and HIPAA regulations.
