Spa Membership Sales Consultant

About the role

Massage Heights is looking for enthusiastic Lifestyle Consultants to drive membership sales and promote wellness services. You will engage with guests both in‑person and over the phone, helping them choose the right memberships, gift cards, and retail products while delivering a friendly, upbeat experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell memberships, gift cards, and Dermalogica products to new and returning guests.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and schedule services with appropriate therapists.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and celebrate achievements.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a passion for helping guests.
• Outgoing, confident personality that makes guests feel at home.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required skills

• Strong software proficiency for fast‑paced point‑of‑sale systems.
