Solar Panel Cleaner

About the role

ARCH Medical Grinding is seeking a full‑time Solar Panel Cleaner to work on‑site at its facilities or client locations in Santa Bárbara del Zulia. The role involves keeping photovoltaic panels free of dirt, debris and damage so they operate at peak efficiency while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect solar panels for contaminants, damage or hazards.
• Perform routine cleaning using appropriate tools, cleaning agents and PPE.
• Document work performed and report any defects or safety issues to supervisors.
• Operate ladders, lifts or other access equipment safely to reach rooftop installations.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules with maintenance teams to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders and work at heights.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning agents.
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used for maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and use of PPE.
• Attention to detail, reliability and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior solar‑panel cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
