Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) – Blockchain (Remote)

About the role

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) specializing in blockchain, you will design and maintain automated test suites that ensure the reliability of decentralized applications and blockchain services. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, acting as the quality authority for high‑stakes distributed systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize full‑stack automated test suites for blockchain services, APIs, UI, and CLI layers.
• Validate blockchain RPC services and distributed system components.
• Define and enforce blockchain‑specific testing strategies and quality standards.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve complex issues across blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with blockchain engineers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or test engineering.
• Proven SDET background with hands‑on automated testing across API, UI, and CLI.
• Practical experience testing blockchain services and decentralized applications.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, RPC services, and distributed system behavior.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues in distributed environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
