Social Media Manager (LATAM) – Part‑time Remote

About the role

VirtuPartner is seeking a part‑time, remote Social Media Manager focused on the LATAM region. You will plan, execute, and monitor social media initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish posts on various social channels.
• Optimize content for maximum engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.
• Develop and align content strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and virtual assistants to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proven ability to design and execute content strategies for target audiences.
• Excellent written communication with inclusive, brand‑consistent messaging.
• Experience with analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic SEO knowledge.
• Demonstrated success working remotely and coordinating with distributed teams.
• Prior experience in virtual assistance, staffing, or outsourcing is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.
