Senior UX/UI Developer (Remote)

About the role

At INDI we are looking for senior UX/UI developers to join our distributed development team. The role is fully remote and involves working on multicultural projects across web, mobile and device applications, delivering high‑quality user experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams, iterating UX designs in an agile environment.
• Engage with customers to capture real requirements from a UX perspective and anticipate needed changes.
• Produce quick mock‑ups and prototypes, gather feedback and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI following modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a developer.
• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience handling data loads and ensuring data quality is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
