Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical initiatives across distributed teams. You will be responsible for keeping program dependencies, risks, and milestones visible from kickoff through delivery while communicating progress to executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and clear communication on program status.
• Align stakeholders, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record managing distributed teams and complex dependencies.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
