Agentic Generative AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As an Agentic Generative AI Engineer, you will architect and build advanced AI systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution. You will connect foundational generative AI models with structured orchestrations to deliver goal‑driven solutions that transform operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate continuous perceive‑plan‑act‑reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with system transparency and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
