Senior Solutions Consultant – Global Payroll

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead the launch and expansion of its Global Payroll offering across the Americas. You will act as a strategic partner for customers, translating complex payroll requirements into actionable solutions while supporting Remote’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive successful implementation of Global Payroll for multinational clients.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to shape product positioning and messaging.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to uncover client needs and recommend tailored payroll solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on payroll compliance, tax filings, and multi‑state processing.
• Support long‑term client relationships and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience consulting on multi‑country or multi‑state payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Proven sales acumen in a SaaS or tech‑enabled service environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for both HR and executive audiences.
• Professional payroll certifications (e.g., FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM‑CP) are a plus.
