Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (EMEA/LATAM)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to join its Global Payroll Implementation team. You will be responsible for technically implementing new customers onto the Remote Global Payroll platform across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring accuracy and meeting agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement multiple new customers of all sizes onto the Remote Global Payroll solution with high accuracy.
• Deliver implementations within agreed timescales and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Global Payroll implementation and statutory tax regulations.
• Proven experience with global payroll technical set‑up on local payroll software.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience using Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, and Salesforce (preferred).
• Familiarity with DACH payroll software (preferred).
• Comfort working on a MacBook Pro environment.
