Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

We are looking for Ruby Senior Developers to join our Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The ideal candidate is proactive, a team player, passionate about Ruby programming, and focused on delivering the best user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with responsive design.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process.
• Plan, process, and perform tasks efficiently without supervisor assistance.
• Maintain consistency throughout the product.
• Document code consistently throughout development.
• Provide technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Full‑stack expertise with strong front‑end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React).
• Advanced level of English.
