Senior Python Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Senior Python Developer to design and deliver sophisticated software solutions for global clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work with cutting‑edge cloud and data technologies while operating fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create automation tools to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and scalability of data platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building microservices and deploying to cloud environments.
• Advanced algorithmic understanding and solid grasp of agile methodologies.
• Deep familiarity with SOLID principles, CLEAN code, and design patterns.
• Proven ability to develop full applications from scratch and implement automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
