About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Project Development and Reporting Associate to work from its Caracas office. The incumbent will contribute to IOM’s mission of promoting humane and orderly migration by supporting project development, monitoring and reporting activities across migration‑related programmes.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field, with at least five years of relevant professional experience; or a High School diploma with seven years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in project development, reporting and coordination within an international or humanitarian context.
- Ability to work with governmental, intergovernmental and non‑governmental partners.
