Senior Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the usability of a complex enterprise product. Working remotely, you will leverage AI‑driven design tools and an established design system to create intuitive, high‑intensity workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve usability across dense enterprise product workflows.
• Utilize AI design tooling (e.g., Lovable, Claude Design) to accelerate concepts to handoff.
• Maintain and contribute to the existing design system.
• Collaborate closely with UI engineers for clean, efficient design‑to‑engineering handoff.
• Incorporate customer feedback and usability insights into ongoing improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Proven experience with AI design tooling such as Lovable or Claude Design.
• Strong background designing UX/UI for complex enterprise software.
• Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
