Senior NLP Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

We are looking for a Senior NLP Engineer to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge natural language processing solutions. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, turning complex linguistic requirements into scalable, high‑performance models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune transformer‑based architectures such as BERT, T5, and GPT for a variety of linguistic tasks.
• Develop and optimize models for text classification, tokenization, and embeddings using Python and deep‑learning frameworks.
• Leverage the Hugging Face ecosystem to adapt large language models to specific business needs.
• Build and maintain robust NLP pipelines that process large volumes of unstructured text efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate NLP and LLM capabilities into production environments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a focus on NLP.
• Proven expertise in transformer‑based models (BERT, T5, GPT).
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands‑on experience with tokenization, embeddings, and text classification techniques.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
