Senior Microsoft Fabric Solutions Architect (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Fabric Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale analytics platforms built on Microsoft Fabric. The role is fully remote and involves direct interaction with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architectural decisions for Microsoft Fabric analytics environments.
• Review and guide work across all engineering roles on the engagement.
• Design and oversee lakehouse architecture, medallion patterns, and capacity management at production scale.
• Define the reporting layer architecture, including semantic models and security design.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders up to CIO level.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, medallion patterns, capacity management, Spark and Azure Data Factory.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI semantic model design, DAX, row/object‑level security, XMLA endpoints and Tabular Editor.
• Proven track record of owning architectural decisions on enterprise‑scale engagements.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
