Salesforce Administrator – Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure and manage Salesforce organizations remotely. You will use no‑code and low‑code tools to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and support business needs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated business processes using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to keep the environment secure and organized.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for actionable stakeholder insights.
• Perform regular system audits and data‑hygiene tasks to ensure platform health.
• Configure and customize standard and custom objects to meet evolving requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users for efficient adoption of Salesforce features.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a related role.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce orgs with no‑code/low‑code solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with user administration, reports, and dashboard management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
