Senior IT Business Analyst – Remote Work

About the role

The Senior IT Business Analyst will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, translating complex organizational needs into clear functional requirements and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops and map complex business processes to define project scope.
• Design detailed user stories and establish measurable acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage documentation of outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a related IT field.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Strong hands‑on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog refinement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
