About the role

Design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI, providing golden paths and reusable blueprints for AI‑powered services. The role emphasizes a product mindset over traditional SRE, delivering a self‑service platform that abstracts AI infrastructure complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a generative‑AI‑focused internal developer platform.
• Create golden paths and reusable blueprints for building and deploying AI services.
• Develop self‑service capabilities that hide AI infrastructure complexity.
• Standardize LLM access, monitoring, and governance across the organization.
• Build low‑code Gemini/Claude front‑end skills for non‑technical users to provision infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure as code with a product‑first approach.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering principles, golden paths, and blueprints.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
