Scrum Master – R&D (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s Research & Development team as a Scrum Master, working fully remotely. You will help drive agile delivery across multiple technology streams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in preparing ART and Solution Trains using Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
• Coach teams in Lean‑Agile practices and mindsets.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Encourage collaboration between teams, System and Solution Architects, and Engineering.
• Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Improve value‑stream flow using Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps practices.
• Facilitate System and Solution Demos.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Scrum Master or similar agile roles.
• Proven use of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Relevant certifications are desirable.
