Salesforce System Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Salesforce System Administrator, working fully remotely. You will be responsible for maintaining the health, security, and performance of the company’s Salesforce environment while enabling business teams to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
• Design, build, and manage complex automation using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
• Administer user access, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure data security.
• Perform regular data audits, cleanup, and integrity checks.
• Support and monitor integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to internal users.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Proven ability to configure the platform, manage users, and enforce security policies.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
