Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, develop and support customer service solutions for a near‑shore team serving U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Service Cloud Voice and Omni‑Channel integrations.
• Build and enhance Agentforce AI agents, topics, instructions, prompts and integrate them with Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch and queueable Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Create and manage Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record‑Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched) and platform configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, permission sets, etc.).
• Perform administration tasks such as user management, security, case management, queues and reporting.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, Service Cloud Voice, Omni‑Channel and CI/CD pipelines.
