Salesforce Administrator - Revenue Ops (Remote)

About the role

MonetizeMore is seeking a structured and detail‑oriented Salesforce Administrator to support its Revenue Operations team. This fully remote position bridges business needs with system execution, ensuring high data quality and smooth workflow automation across the sales stack.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into system improvements and automation requests in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows, create SOPs, process maps, and documentation.
• Drive user adoption through training materials, office hours, and clear communication.
• Deliver high‑quality Salesforce support, serve as first point of contact, and troubleshoot user issues.
• Maintain and update Salesforce records, support data imports/exports, audits, and clean‑ups.
• Test new features, automations, and integrations before deployment and coordinate issue resolution.
• Work closely with CIO, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align system updates with business priorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations or system‑support role.
• Strong coordination skills and a process‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to maintain high data‑quality standards and ensure clear communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
