About the role
VAS Global is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Cold Caller to generate new business opportunities for its U.S. clients. You will engage prospects by phone, introduce products or services, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts.
- Research prospects, manage call lists, and adapt messaging based on client needs.
- Document call outcomes in the company’s CRM and schedule follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and report performance metrics.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targets.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or call‑center settings is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with calling software.
- Comfort using productivity tools for documentation and scheduling.
