Sales & Administration Specialist – Beauty Products

About the role

YÖY Cosmetics is looking for a full‑time Sales & Administration Specialist to join its Caracas office. You will act as the main point of contact for professional hair‑care salons and beauty centres, helping them choose the right products and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with salon and beauty centre clients.
• Identify client needs and present appropriate YÖY product solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads and close sales to meet targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and basic training sessions.
• Handle invoicing, purchase orders, inventory records and basic bookkeeping.
• Prepare internal documentation, reports and market feedback for management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales prospecting, pipeline management and achieving targets.
• Background in administrative tasks such as invoicing, order processing and inventory control.
• Ability to explain technical product concepts clearly.
• Previous experience in beauty, hair‑care or cosmetics is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
