About the role

Falcon Funded is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Agent to engage Spanish‑speaking prospects interested in financial trading solutions. You will handle inbound chat inquiries, guide potential clients through our offering, and foster long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with inbound leads.
• Use provided scripts as a foundation while tailoring responses to each customer’s needs.
• Maintain a high‑quality customer experience and nurture lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams in English to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and fluent English for internal coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer interactions.
• Experience in Forex, proprietary trading, or brokerage environments.
• Self‑starter with strong responsibility and the capacity to work independently.
