Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Venture49 is looking for a full‑time Remote Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our clients. You will source, screen and interview candidates, matching top talent—especially from LATAM—with the specific needs of remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop and nurture a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring processes and meet recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal and payment requirements for remote hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience hiring for LATAM or remote teams is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
