Remote Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Remote Operator to provide high‑quality support to patients of a U.S.‑based medical practice. The position is fully remote and requires you to work according to New York business hours while being based in Venezuela.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
• Provide general information about services and place outbound reminder calls.
• Contact insurance companies to verify coverage for medical equipment.
• Record and update patient information accurately in internal systems.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
• Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry).
