Remote Logistics Analyst (Hardware & Supply Chain)

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst you will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics process for hardware assets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost‑effective procurement. You will use data‑driven insights to support internal teams and maintain a reliable hardware network across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira.
• Update SAP for inventory management and track hardware assets.
• Manage hardware requests, warranties, and renewals.
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira.
• Create retrieval requests and coordinate international shipments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Background managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
