Remote Immigration Paralegal (Employment-Based)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced immigration paralegal to join our fully remote team supporting U.S.-based law firms. You will work closely with attorneys on employment‑based visa matters, handling documentation, research, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare immigration petitions, affidavits, appeals and motions.
• Submit visa applications and related documents to U.S. agencies, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research on immigration statutes, regulations and case law.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, providing case updates.
• Maintain organized case files and accurate documentation.
• Prepare and review immigration forms for various visa categories.
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks and track case progress.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience as a legal assistant, law clerk or paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Law degree (or equivalent) from your home country.
• Bilingual proficiency in English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Resident of Latin America with a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal case‑management software such as Clio or MyCase.
