Remote Frontend Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join a paid remote AI training program across Latin America. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, ideal for engineers looking for flexible, remote engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
