Remote Frontend Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate code generated by AI models, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the models’ performance. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, allowing you to contribute up to 40 hours per week according to project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI output using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior to senior level).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
