Remote Data Analyst

About the role

Join BairesDev’s Analytics team as a Remote Data Analyst. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive both operational and strategic decisions for a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret data and apply statistical techniques to produce ongoing reports and dashboards.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and patterns in large data sets.
• Collaborate with managers to design data products that support decision‑making.
• Formulate hypotheses, set up tests, and validate results using data.
• Propose process‑improvement opportunities across the business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands‑on experience on any SQL database.
• Extensive experience in data visualization and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: experience with sales or HR analytics, 1+ year of Python/R, and familiarity with Databricks.
