About the role
West Sea Kitchens is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team remotely. You will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and providing operational insight by managing end‑to‑end accounting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Own accounts payable and receivable from start to finish.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank accounts and support monthly financial reporting.
- Assist in organizing operational and sales data for analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Fully fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
