Remote Bilingual Appointment Setter for HVAC Services

About the role

We are seeking a remote, bilingual Appointment Setter to join our HVAC team serving the LATAM market. You will handle inbound calls from prospects, qualify leads, and schedule service appointments, helping to drive growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in HVAC services.
• Qualify prospects using the company’s internal process and gather accurate contact information.
• Build trust, maintain control of the conversation, and guide leads toward scheduling an appointment.
• Book appointments efficiently, update lead status, and follow internal procedures.
• Maintain a reliable remote work setup and adhere to scheduled shifts (8 AM‑2 PM or 2 PM‑8 PM Texas time).

Required profile

• Fluent conversational English and Spanish.
• Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Strong phone communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to work independently, follow scripts, and meet performance targets.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.

Required skills

• Highlevel CRM platform (experience preferred).
