Remote Back-End Java Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Back-End Java Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The role is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work up to 40 hours per week based on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and best‑practice adherence.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
