Remote Back-End Java Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Back‑End Java Developer to join a paid AI training program serving clients across Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate code generated by artificial‑intelligence models, rate the quality of AI responses and create coding challenges that help improve the models’ performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, security and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to guide model improvement.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
